It was a banner year for comics, but only 5 made the cut for best Quick Pick of 2011. Will it be:

  • Bryan Q. Miller’s quirky run on Batgirl?
  • Scott Snyder’s defining run on Detective Comics with the Black Mirror storyline?
  • The re-invented Daredevil from Mark Waid?
  • A look into other areas of American Vampire territory with Survival of the Fittest?
  • The reinvigorated X-franchise with Uncanny X-Force?
